According to a post posted on Samsung Malaysia's website, this promotion will run until May 31st and will only be honored when redeemed at the Premium Care Center on Level 4 of Plaza Low Yat in Kuala Lumpur.
During the promotion period, repair and labor costs for non-warranty Samsung smartphones and tablets purchased in the country will be reduced by 30%. However, devices bought abroad are not accepted.
Customers who have recently purchased their smart devices will also receive a 30% discount to extend their warranty, although the price depends on the device and plan.
There are three options - the Smart Warranty extends the standard warranty for another year, the Screen Protection covers a case of the screen caused by accident damage, and Protection Plus, a combination of both.
This warranty discount is only available if you purchased your device in the last 30 days.
Since the offer is restricted to Samsung member app users only, you must redeem the offer through the Samsung Membership app and submit the code to a customer service representative for review.
